Dr. Marrigje Paijmans

Marrigje Paijmans works as an assistant professor in Dutch Literature at the University of Amsterdam. Her research focuses on early modern literature, aiming to bring marginalised voices to the fore, thus creating a more balanced understanding of the Dutch colonial past. Recent work is published in Foucault Studies, IHR, and JEMCS.
